2. Measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
3.Measure your hip
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Measure around the fullest part, placing the tape clost up under the arms
2. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your body, under the navel
3.Sleeve
The measurement from the top of armhole seam to the sleeve opening.
4.Shoulder
The Shoulder to Shoulder measurement is taken on the back from one end of the shoulder to the other.
